    Fresh Start Worx, Inc. FSW (formerly Fresh Start Pallet Products, Inc.), is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) organization in the state of Connecticut. FSWs mission is to support long-term employment for individuals with barriers to employment in the Hartford area, Connecticut who are seeking to improve their lives with a future in building high-quality custom products through FSWs Richard P. Garmany Fresh Start Academy program and FSWs social enterprise program. FSW trains returning citizens, people navigating recovery, refugees, homeless and unemployed people in general carpentry, certain technical skills, and additional soft skills.
