Mission

The Timothy Initiative Ministries is a Christ-centered ministry that walks alongside men whose lives have been broken by addiction, incarceration, homelessness, and other major life challenges, helping them rebuild through four integrated pillars: Discipleship, Community, Recovery, and Work Therapy. Discipleship is the foundation of the model, shaping how men understand their identity in Christ, practice accountability, rebuild relationships, and develop lives of sobriety, responsibility, service, and purpose.

2.Strengthen our organizational capacity through audited financial statements, enhanced financial controls and reporting, improved data systems, and investments in staff and infrastructure. These efforts will increase transparency, accountability and operational readiness as The Timothy Initiative continues to grow.
