Mission

WORTHY EARLY STAGE CHARITIES THAT ARE ALIGNED WITH THE DOLPHIN CULTURETHAT SUPPORT VETERANS AND SPORTS FOR GOOD INITIATIVE.

To produce a growing network of diverse, service-oriented young leaders who are mentored to discover

1.To scale our Leadership Mentorship program and impact at least 50 mentees by the end of 2023
2.Secure a long-term engagement of current and future mentee cohort groups through our events and our digital platform
3.Expand our Sports for Good program which honor local coaches and our VETS events that support our Leadership Program
