Mission

The Joseph James Morelli Legacy Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable organization and our mission is to honor Joseph’s spirit. Through the awarding of scholarships, peer mentoring, support, resources, partnering with like minded organizations, and community outreach, we recognize students, who like Joseph struggle with dyslexia, and empower them to believe in themselves. The Joseph James Morelli Legacy Foundation supports high school and college students with dyslexia, who wish to pursue a degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field.

Vision

A world where young adults with dyslexia get diagnosed early, get the correct phonological resources

Goals

1.Awarding scholarships to ease the financial burden of education and recognize achievement
2.Empowering our scholarship recipients to realize their potential through the Morelli Foundation mentoring program.
3.Creating a sense of community in which our scholarship recipients and families can feel supported.
