Vision

To become the pillar association where entrepreneurs and small business owners in our Hispanic community in the United States continue their education in empowerment, leadership, and business in a social environment characterized by harmony, balance, responsibility, integrity, and respect , thereby seeking their integration into the economic development of their cities, counties, and states respectively.

Goals

1. 1.Expand the "Programa Emprendedor@s" to 2-3 new cities (Neddle, Riverside, San Jacinto Valley, Hemet, Idlly, Winchester, Lucerne Valley, High Desert, East LA) or other regions within the next 2 years, focusing on areas with a significant Hispanic population and demonstrated need for microenterprise support.
2. 2.Introduce advanced or specialized modules within existing programs (e.g., "Business Series for Entrepreneurs”, "Programa de Capacitation Empresarial para Emprendedor@s") based on workforce development needs and entrepreneurs' feedback.
3. 3.Enhance Staff & Volunteer Capacity: Review volunteer training and protocols to ensure all information and processes are relevant and effective. Develop a robust training and professional development plan for existing staff and expand the volunteer base to support program delivery and administrative functions.
