THE ORGANIZATION'S SPECIFIC PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE THE TARGET POPULATION WITH A SAFE AND STABLE HOUSING SOLUTION WHERE THEY MAY PURSUE HEALTHY LIFE GOALS TOWARDS INDEPENDENCE.
