Goals

1. 1.Program Excellence & Transformation- To deepen core programs—shelters, vocational training, and social enterprises—for long-term impact. By 2026, we will enhance refugee self-sustainability through integrated service pathways. We are strengthening alumni support and expanding our Comprehensive Community Care Program to provide holistic, family-centered care that leads to economic independence
2. 2.Goal 2: Trauma-Informed Infrastructure & Staff Excellence Objective: To enhance organizational resilience by upgrading financial and HR technologies and implementing trauma-informed staff-care initiatives. This ensures a dignified environment for both clients and staff, reducing re-traumatization and increasing operational efficiency to support a growing beneficiary base.
3. 3.Strategic Partnership & Community Outreach Expansion Objective: To broaden our impact by establishing a Children’s Shelter by 2027 and deepening collaborations with NGOs, churches, and government agencies. We are committed to diversifying our funding through new donor identification and a 2029 capital campaign to secure permanent assets for the community.
