Lillie-Kate increases minority representation in the PA profession through scholarships, mentorship, and outreach. By partnering with PA programs and healthcare organizations, we create opportunities for underrepresented students to succeed.

“Transforming lives, communities, and the face of medicine by building a more accessible future in healthcare.”

Goals

1.We provide yearly scholarships and are in the process of expanding our network to get more conversions to support the cause.
2.Unknown to some, a big hurdle for PA students is finding providers they can shadow and also do internships with. We wish to close that gap by offering interships and rotations for PA students.
3.We are constantly in contact with PA students and PAs to find out what the currents needs for the market so we can pivot accordingly to provide services where they are most needed to advance the profession.
