Guardians of the Visitation Foundation Incorporated

Mission

Guardians of the Visitation is a charitable organization dedicated in prayer and service to extending spiritual, financial, and material support to the missionary congregation of religious women, Sisters Servants of the Visitation as they seek to 'Bring the Smile of God' to forgotten areas of our world. We walk with the SSV Congregation through our prayerful devotion to Our Mother of the visitation, Mary, Most Holy, and through our works of charity in our communities following Mother Mary's model of humble accompanyment.

Vision

On the wings of the Holy Spirit, we are the servants to the missionary sisters, Sisters Servants of the Visitation, supporting their missions worldwide where they bring love, joy, and humble service to the poorest of the poor living in the forgotten periphery of society.

Goals

1.Amplify how we communicate the Charism of the SSV Sisters to the United States and to international audiences with an emphasis on vocations to religious life and the Catholic call to be missionaries
2.Build US relationships and partnerships with the SSV Mission in Ol' Moran, Kenya. Develop a bi-annual short-term mission program to bring US citizens.
3.Expand The Great Baby Blanket Project to more schools/parishes to raise awareness of the needs of the Philippines and Kenya.
