TO INCREASE THE IMPACT PENTA'S EMPLOYEES, FAMILY, AND FRIENDS HAVE WITHIN THE COMMUNITIES WHERE WE LIVE AND WORK. IN DOING SO, WE BUILD RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN EMPLOYEES, FAMILY MEMBERS, AND TRADE PARTNERS WHO MIGHT NOT OTHERWISE HAVE WORKED ALONGSIDE EACH OTHER, THEREFORE STRENGTHENING PENTA'S CULTURE OF CARING.
