Olive Branch International Incorporated

Mission

Olive Branch International (OBI) is dedicated to serving military and civilian families through medical and healthcare needs, educational training and family support. Simply put, as a non-government organization, we respond to invitations by foreign governmental and military leaders to provide humanitarian assistance worldwide. We provide long-term face-to-face, heart-to-heart care, compassion, and concern as we work to prevent or assist in the healing efforts of emotional, physical and spiritual needs.

Vision

Humanitarian Service to the International Military Community - Providing healing, health, and hope through healthcare, education, and family support globally serving military and civilian communities.

Goals

1.To develop a fully functioning Resource Development department which is empowered and equipped to meet all goals and objectives found in the Resource Development Plan to include (but not limited to): Succession planning, Board recruitment, Staffing needs, Budget funding requirements, Communications and marketing, Donor development and donor relations and New technology for global operations
2.To develop a growing recognition of our expertise in holistic solutions helping nations respond to and recover from mass disaster and economic collapse by 2023 through use of chaplaincies, implementation of Micro-Enterprise and Smart Generosity, development of Community Safety Nets, and creation of work environments characterized physical and psychological safety.
3.We will measure our performance against the Strategic Plan, Resource Development Plan, and Budget along with a regular review of the Key Performance Indicators. We will develop new programs from new invitations to serve.
