Vision

"Transforming Nations by developing leaders." - EMIT believes every nation already has leaders. Thus, our primary vision is to develop and train existing leaders into transformational leaders with our training model. - EMIT develops leaders with a clear understanding of the values needed for leaders to be agents of change that transform their communities and nations. - All leaders must prove involvement in community upliftment projects as part of the successful completion of training.

Goals

1. 1.EMIT has identified the desperate need for well-equipped emerging leaders in Africa. We must invest in the leadership development of our young people so that they can become the strong and effective leaders our society needs.
2. 2.EMIT currently operates in 17 African countries. There is a huge demand for EMIT to expand to other countries and implement and increase the number of programs we currently run in Sub-Saharan Africa. EMIT's unique small-group training model gives us access to the remotest communities on the continent where new transformation programs can be launched.
3. 3.•New investment is needed for the exponential growth since COVID-19. •We must invest in the development of new programs for Youth leaders in African schools. •The huge growth of EMIT programs over the past 4-years led to increased pressure on staff. We will develop protocols to support our teams. •Employ more staff to execute new programs. •Invest in establishing a capacity-building team.
