The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
CKF has experienced a notable turnover in administration over the past 18 months, specifically in regard to the Executive Director position, as well as the onboarding of 5 new Board members. While change in administration like this can be challenging, the Foundation has handled it beautifully. The new staff and Board members have brought a renewed passion, engagement, and commitment to the Foundation's core values. New ideas have been implemented, and across the board programming, events, and financials have experienced exponential growth.
