Mission

The mission of Turn the Page STL, St. Louis' chapter of the Campaign for Grade Level Reading, is to work together, align and lead a city-county wide literacy initiative, in order to increase the number of children that are reading at or above grade level by the end-of-third grade. Based on our collectively written Strategic Plan and current needs of the community, we focus in improving five research-based factors, which include kindergarten readiness, summer learning, teacher preparedness, family engagement, and community awareness.
