Vision

For all former refugees and immigrants to experience full belonging in the Spokane community and to have opportunities to build healthy, flourishing lives.

Goals

1. 1.Feast Collective helps former refugees and immigrants build skills. In our recent strategic plan, we made a significant investment in making sure we were listening to our participants and immigrant communities in Spokane. This goal resulted in modifying the Chef Program and launching the Table Time drop-in program to help MORE of this population have access to build MORE skills, and to measure it.
2. 2.Feast Collective helps former refugees and immigrants become leaders. Beyond building skills, during our strategic plan process we revamped our programs with a strong focus on leadership development: either as entrepreneurs or leaders in businesses, other nonprofits, faith communities, and more, we have a list of leadership objectives for each cohort member!
3. 3.Feast Collective gives former refugees and immigrants a platform to share their unique culture. Listening to our communities of stakeholders, this was a bigger priority than we thought. People have a strong sense of pride in their culture, and we are proud that Feast World Kitchen has become a premier place in Spokane to share that culture through significant efforts in our programs.
