Defend the Fatherless Inc.

Mission

To be one more reason for families to say Yes to the fatherless through foster care and adoption.

Vision

We will offer wrap-around support to foster, adoptive and kinship families in York County, SC and surrounding areas through dynamic programming that supports families throughout their entire journey of caring for a child in crisis.

Goals

1.We will grow and expand further into York County including churches and businesses in order to offer services closer to constituents, therefore lightening their burden and making resources more easily accessible.
2.We will avoid mission drift, focusing on the core programs that are in place to serve foster and adoptive families. We will continue to serve through our foundational pillars and grow in depth of relationship with our constituents.
3.We will increase education opportunities for kinship families, as this is a growing need in our community.
