Joyful, Equitable, Identity-Positive Math for Every Child

Goals

1. 1.In 2025 we served 23,000+ participants; moving forward we plan to expand the reach of our current programs and add on the ability for participants to join us in a self hosted location for this first time> Our math experiences are tactile, multicultural, and joyful—designed with and for the communities we serve. We focus not just on access but on belonging.
2. 2.We evaluate each of our programs in terms of effectiveness in meeting our communities' needs and in terms of sustainability for our organization. We are using this information to focus on the programs that serve both groups best.
3. 3.We believe that the work we do is more than enrichment—it’s structural change. To ensure that joyful, equitable math experiences are not the expectation we have to start internally by creating a environment that values and supports the contributions of our team including strong financial and management systems.
