Vision

Fort Freedom targets the mental, spiritual, emotional and physical portions of each Veteran it treats. We also actively improve legislation around Veteran care and conduct advocacy work at the state and federal level.

Goals

1. 1.Constantly seek to improve our overall program by reviewing and assessing the Veteran services we provide through our Performance Improvement meeting that takes place Quarterly. Focusing on our contracted services and commitment to improvement on a quarterly basis, ensures our ability to keep our mission going strong.
2. 2.Continuous, weekly self-assessment and service assessment given to our Veterans helps us remain flexible and acutely aware of any needed changes in services. This data is saved in our cloud in each Veteran’s file, and also used for Performance Improvement Quarterly meetings with the staff and board. We aim to be accountable for making improvements or changes needed to our program.
3. 3.In 2024, we launched our Honor Program. This is a need based on local Veterans in our community that need the same help as our Freedom Program offers but cannot commit to staying in facility. The program expansion has continued to be successful following our established Freedom Program's intensity and accountability.
