Vision

Today, we partner with individuals, local law enforcement, state and government agencies, and organizations across multiple states to respond to cases of abandonment, abuse, neglect, and hoarding. While every county has shelters for cats and dogs, there is almost nowhere for a farm animal to go when it is no longer wanted. Oinking Acres has become that place — a refuge where animals receive the medical care, compassion, and lifelong safety they deserve.

Goals

1. 1.Your donation directly fuels the heart of our mission. Contributions help cover critical, everyday needs such as: • Nutritious food • Warm, safe shelter • Emergency and ongoing medical care • Enrichment and long-term sanctuary for animals who cannot be adopted
2. 2.Beyond rescue, we are committed to education and community connection. We offer field trips, private tours, and self-guided walking tours during the warmer months, giving visitors of all ages the chance to meet the animals and learn their stories. Our experienced volunteers help inspire a deeper understanding of farm animals and dispel the misconceptions that often lead to mistreatment.
3. 3.This year, we also have an important infrastructure goal: paving our walking paths throughout the sanctuary. This project will significantly improve access and safety for visitors, volunteers, and caretakers — especially children, seniors, and individuals with mobility challenges. This transform how our community experiences the sanctuary and how effectively we can care for the animals.
