Together To Help was born right before the pandemic crisis started. In December of 2019, our organization received the license from the Nevada Secretary of State. We were planning a big event to take place at the Romanian Church in Las Vegas, in May of 2020. A lot of effort, time, and money was involved to prepare this event which was supposed to bring us a fast boost to promote ourselves in the Las Vegas community. Even though we had few board members there was a lot of hope that we can expand our board and bring in more volunteers. All of our board members were at the beginning but all of us were able to learn with the flow of work. Everything took a better shape when we fund a nonprofit advisor, Mr. Robert Cushman from SCORE who is helping us with organizational development. The covid-19 pandemic was cutting our wings and plans for the year 2020. Despite this crisis, we find different ways to adjust and make ourselves known in the community and internationally. Technology was o great tool to use and communicate with our donors, partners, and volunteers. We helped Hope Students at UNLV, poor people in Romania, Special Vocational School From Stefan Cel Mare, Romania, and we dressed up 33 children with new clothing and shoes for Christmas. Our donors, members, and volunteers were great examples of sacrifice and love for humankind. Our Partners from Las Vegas, Project 150, and Saint Paul Orthodox Church were coming with donations of clothing, food, school supplies, and cleaning products. Throughout the year our board members were participating in a variety of nonprofit training, which was determining other people to become members of our board. We can say we were in continuous change and development and we continue to improve professionally to achieve our goals. This process of organizational change continues as our organization grows and plans to exceed our expectations.
