Goals

1. 1.Allies Way aims to expand the Sunshine Summer Lunch Program to Carroll and Paulding Counties, increasing meal access for children experiencing food insecurity during school breaks. By strengthening partnerships, securing funding, and enhancing outreach, we will serve more children, reduce hunger, and ensure sustainable program growth.
2. 2.Allies Way is launching Allies Advocacy, a program designed to empower communities through policy advocacy, education, and systemic change initiatives. We will advocate for food security, housing stability, and resources for underserved families, ensuring their voices shape policies that create lasting impact.
3. 3.Allies Way is committed to strengthening financial sustainability by increasing grant funding, donor engagement, and corporate partnerships. We will enhance operational capacity through improved data tracking, staff training, and volunteer management systems, ensuring efficient program delivery and long-term impact.
