To see vulnerable children and families in Guatemala transformed through the Gospel, equipped with the education, support, and opportunities needed to thrive and lead change in their communities.

Goals

1. 1.Cadaniño seeks to expand its Community Impact Centers to serve more vulnerable children and families by increasing program capacity, strengthening existing sites, and replicating its afterschool model in new communities. This growth will increase access to academic support, STEM education, and family strengthening services.
2. 2.Cadaniño is strengthening organizational capacity by investing in staff development, leadership training, and improved systems for program management and evaluation. We are enhancing financial sustainability, refining internal processes, and equipping our team with the tools and training needed to effectively support students and families at scale.
