Mission

Futuro Health’s non-profit mission addresses the nation’s critical shortage of allied healthcare workers. Our unique education journeys enable diverse Scholars from all walks of life to transition successfully into healthcare careers from diverse education or job experience backgrounds. In partnership with our employers and funders, Futuro Health provides training programs at no- or low cost, transforming the lives of adult learners and their families as our Scholars go on to work in rewarding and financially stable healthcare careers.

Vision

Founded in California and expanding nationwide, Futuro Health has developed an innovative educational-to-work model. This model aids prospective Scholars by providing tuition-free allied healthcare training with accompanying support, including career exploration, student assistance and guidance, to develop pathways leading to credentials, licensure, or employment. Futuro Health extends beyond traditional technical training, offering all Scholars 'Human Touch Healthcare', uniquely available through Futuro Health, the course develops in learners the essential interpersonal skills to work in healthcare.
