Goals

1. 1.Embark: Equips subject teachers to integrate career awareness and future planning into everyday teaching. Empower: A year-long program that prepares educators and school-based practitioners to lead structured career and college guidance. Enrich: supports school leaders in institutionalizing guidance practices through schedules, policies, and partnerships.
2. 2.IC3 operates through a lean organizational structure. Recent growth has focused on deepening work with public and low-resource schools while maintaining financial discipline and cost-efficient delivery. All core training programs are offered at no cost to educators to ensure access for communities with limited resources.
3. 3.IC3 centers the Counseling Laboratory® as a school-wide approach that brings educators, families, and local partners together to support student exploration, decision-making, and agency.
