Vision

Learners' thinking will be the focus of all learning activities. To achieve this, instruction will be more learner-focused. Learners will engage in exploration, making and testing conjectures, communicating their understanding and generalizing their understanding. Focusing on the learners' thinking links instruction to the learners' world, adjusts teaching to meet the needs of each learner, and provides the learning leader - whether teacher, parent, or mentor - with insights about what the learners understand about the content. It also tells students that their ideas are important.

Goals

1. 1.Continue developing and offering our core programs to more learners. Create materials for dissemination so that others can benefit from the programs we have developed.
2. 2.Expand programming to adult learners seeking GEDs and other certifications that allow them to succeed in the workplace. Focusing on math -- particularly algebra and statistics because both are relevant to everyday life.
3. 3.Continue exploring avenues to diversify our revenue portfolio so we have more financial stability.
