    A PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL THAT PROVIDES UNIQUE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES TO STUDENTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN TRADITIONAL PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS.
