Vision

We envision a world that’s free of barriers and limits for performers, artists, audio engineers, and local music fans from historically underrepresented groups.

Goals

1. 1.We plan to launch paid internship program as well as an artist development program for those in historically underrepresented groups to begin a career in the music industry in 2024-25.
2. 2.We have goals to expand the Lafayette Music Fest to include more venues, and pay more artists a living wage.
