Mission

The purposes for which the Corporation is formed and the business and objectives to be carried on and promoted by it are: To provide global access to education for every child with the Ali-Tutor artificial intelligence platform To offer professional development tools to help teachers generate tutorials and assess student learning progress To offer resources that provide a path to jobs To exercise the powers permitted non-profit corporations under Florida Statutes provided that this corporation in exercising any one or more of such powers shall do so in furtherance of the exempt purpose for which it has been organized as described by the Internal Revenue Code. The Corporation is irrevocably dedicated to and operated exclusively for non-profit purposes. No part of the income or assets of the Corporation shall be distributed to nor inure to the benefit of any officer or director.
