We envision a future where Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders have clear pathways to meaningful careers—ones that sustain their families, strengthen their communities, and show future generations that they too can live and thrive in their own home.

Goals

1. 1.To expand the reach and impact of our current programs by scaling operations, strengthening partnerships, increasing our mentor partnerships, and increasing access for Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders—ensuring more individuals can benefit from the opportunities we provide to build careers, support their families, and thrive in their own communities.
2. 2.We aim to expand our advocacy for Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities by raising awareness of systemic barriers, engaging families to break down access barriers to higher education, and amplifying community voices to drive lasting social and economic change.
3. 3.To invest in the financial, operational, and technical capacity of our organization—ensuring we have the infrastructure, talent, and tools needed to sustain growth, deliver high-quality programs, and deepen our long-term impact in the communities we serve.
