Mission

Requity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that breaks down barriers between vocational education and the clean energy workforce. We provide Baltimore City high-schoolers with opportunities to apply and develop their skills, laying a foundation for success in the growing field of high-performance construction. Additionally, our community-based projects build environmental resilience and promote climate action in West Baltimore, an area historically underserved in federal clean energy investments.
