Dr. Traci's House strives to be a national innovative partner promoting holistic health and sustainability in and for local communities by providing sustainable and high-quality programming that preserves cultural identity and leads to better health and better communities.

Goals

1. 1.Access to high quality healthcare in the local community remains an important strategic goal for the ongoing growth and expansion at Dr. Traci's House. With lack of transportation, need for alternative schedules to seek care outside of regular business hours, and the need to increase health literacy, Dr. Traci's House aims to grow and expand our existing programs.
2. 2.Care integration which brings together physical health, mental health and social and environmental well-being requires additional dedicated staff to help individuals navigate the complexities of the care delivery system. Dr. Traci's House is responsive to the growing needs of our communities with the launch of our new care navigation program.
3. 3.Investment in technology and innovation is core to increasing the efficacy and efficiency of our core programming at Dr. Traci's House. With the growing need to communicate and deliver programming virtually, investing in people, processes and tools will result in improved health outcomes and greater customer satisfaction.
