Vision

A New Jersey where every student has access to safe, inclusive, educator-led scholastic esports experiences that build belonging, leadership, digital skills, college pathways, and career readiness.

Goals

1. 1.Expand access to safe, inclusive scholastic esports programs across New Jersey, with a focus on student engagement, belonging, and participation for students who may not connect with traditional extracurricular activities.
2. 2.Develop and expand college, career, and workforce pathways through esports, including broadcasting, production, IT, tournament operations, leadership, content creation, certifications, and student career exploration.
3. 3.Strengthen GSE’s statewide infrastructure through educator training, strategic partnerships, research, inclusive programming, technology systems, sustainable funding, and organizational capacity.
