Vision

At Full STEAM Forward, we believe that every girl deserves the chance to see herself as a scientist, a problem-solver, and a future leader. We envision a more innovative and inclusive world, where all girls, no matter their background, have access to high-quality STEAM enrichment programs that ignite a passion for the sciences and open pathways that lead from curiosity and discovery to the pursuit of a career in STEM.

Goals

1. 1.To expand access to our free, multi-year STEAM enrichment programs for girls in grades 3 through 5 at Title I schools across NYC, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. While we currently serve over 180 girls, we are working towards our 5-year strategic plan to reach over 350 girls by the 2029-2030 school year.
2. 2.To generate enough recurring revenue to transition our Director of Academics from three-quarter to full-time by December, 2026 and our Director of Teaching and Learning from half-time to full-time by 2028, building the organizational capacity needed to sustain curriculum quality and instructional support as our program footprint continues to grow across three cities.
3. 3.In response to requests from students and families for continued engagement after our core program, we are launching an Alumni Bridge Program which offers virtual classes for our graduates over their middle school years. Programming will include Artificial Intelligence, Science Communication, and Fashion Sustainability.
