Vision

To inspire and support the next generation of aviation professionals along the many steps of their journey to help them realize and reach their dreams.

Goals

1. 1.Much time and effort have been spent on building a solid foundation so we will be in a position of long-term stability. Examples include policy manuals, strategic plans, and identifying core values.
2. 2.With thoughtful consideration of volunteer time capabilities, interest and impact in our community, we are initiating efforts to provide value in our core abilities and programming.
3. 3.A new three-year strategic plan was adopted, starting in 2024. This provided leadership and key volunteers in our organization to vocalize their goals and desires and turn them into actionable items.
