THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND SELF-EMPOWERMENT SERVICES FOR YOUTH, INCLUDING THE OPERATION OF AN AAU BASKETBALL PROGRAM AND THE ORGANIZATION, DIRECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF A YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAM.
