As a nonprofit organization, our mission is to provide training, business development, financial assistance, and scholarships to small culinary businesses and culinary students, ensuring they have the tools needed to succeed in the food industry.

To build a thriving network of support for small culinary business and entrepreneurs, fostering innovation, growth, and community empowerment.

Goals

1.Programs will be assessed using clear performance metrics, outcome data, and alignment with strategic priorities to evaluate effectiveness and mission relevance. Evaluation results will guide decisions to strengthen high-performing activities and reduce, consolidate, or discontinue programs with limited impact, improving overall effectiveness and sustainability.
2.Organizational capacity will be strengthened by recruiting a dedicated fundraising development manager to expand revenue streams, improve donor engagement, and implement consistent development strategies that support long-term financial sustainability and mission impact.
