The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
The disaster that was COVID had a massive impact on the world of hospitality, as millions lost their jobs in restaurants, bars, and hotels around the world. During that time we were highly focused on helping professionals who were largely out of work but still trying to make progress in their careers. Over the last 18 months we've seen a return to normalcy, but it is a new normal, and as a result we are working to ensure we can still have the same kind of valuable impact on the industry we have over the past few years, but in an era of less emergency.
