Vision

BIPOC Support Foundation envisions a world where all people, regardless of background, thrive equitably together, embracing the richness of diverse cultures and perspectives, and celebrating the strength of our shared humanity.

Goals

1. 1.Our goals include strengthening financial sustainability by diversifying funding sources and building a reserve; enhancing management capacity through staff training for improved program delivery and adaptability; and upgrading technical capacity with better data systems for tracking, evaluation, and reporting to increase efficiency and measure impact effectively.
2. 2.Our goal is to expand our youth enrichment programs to meet a large and growing demand. We have increased from serving one school to three, and the request for programming continues to rise. We are committed to this expansion to ensure that more students and families gain access to the educational, social-emotional, and mentorship opportunities they need to succeed.
3. 3.Our goal is to begin offering in-classroom social-emotional learning (SEL) programs and workshops during school hours. We are committed to this because we see the positive impact SEL has on students' ability to manage stress, build resilience, and improve their academic performance.
