THE BOMAZEEN LAND TRUST ACQUIRED 200+/- ACRES OF LAND IN GREENE AND STARKS, ME IN 2023, EXPANDING SOME OF THE ORGANIZATION'S PROTECTED LANDS AS WELL AS STARTING NEW LAND PROJECTS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO HOSTED SEVERAL EVENTS CONNECTING THE ABENAKI/WABANAKI PEOPLE TO THE LANDS THROUGH LAND-BASED KNOWLEDGE CELEBRATIONS, WORKSHOPS, AND PROGRAMS.
