Goals

1. 1.Fund Development: Expand grant opportunities and applications; Increase relationships with financial institutions; Develop corporate sponsorship process; Increase individual asks for donations
2. 2.Inventory Acquisition: Develop formal processes to educate and partner with the City of Davenport (and other cities); develop formal processes/procedures/documentation for acquisition; investigate different geographical areas for our services
3. 3.Community Partnerships: Create a marketing and brand awareness strategy; increase neighborhood engagement opportunities; work with the QCHC to investigate the potential setup of an endowment fund
