Elica Support Corp leases the clinic at 4815 Watt to Elica Health Centers.Elica offers patients at our North Highlands Health Center (located at 4815 Watt Avenue, North Highlands, CA 95660) integrated healthcare services, including: primary medical care, comprehensive dental and oral care, behavioral and mental healthcare, and enabling services (case management, Medi-Cal enrollment assistance, etc.). Elica offers our healthcare services to low-income North Highlands residents, including homeless populations, even if patients are uninsured or do not have ability to pay. Elica is serving low-income populations within North Highlands 95652, 95660 and 95838 zip codes where approximately 80% of our North Highlands Health Center patients reside. More than seventy-five thousand people live in Elicas North Highlands service area.
