Our mission is to champion equine well-being, support those facing hardship, and serve as a trusted resource for our community, ensuring vulnerable horses find the care and protection they deserve.

Vision

Through community education and involvement, establish a network of resources to enrich horses lives and increase horse adoption, thus reducing the number of unwanted horses.

Goals

1.Strengthening our infrastructure, expanding our services, and ensuring long-term sustainability. Our approach includes: Facility Expansion & Upgrades – We are relocating to Meridian to provide an equine adoption center while improving our a second location with 200 dedicated acres of horses in sanctuary and awaiting training.
2.Funding & Resource Development – Pursue grants and private donations to support veterinary care, facility improvements, and innovative programs like our C.A.R.E. (Community Aid and Resources for Equines) initiative, which assists owners in crisis while reducing the number of horses entering the slaughter pipeline.
3.Strategic Partnerships – Collaborating with Washington State University for gelding services, working with law enforcement on equine neglect prevention, and engaging with estate planners to proactively address the needs of horses whose owners are facing life-limiting circumstances.
