THE FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED FOR THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF INCREASING AND EXPANDING KNOWLEDGE BOTH WITHIN AND OUTSIDE OF HAWAII AND THE GREATER PACIFIC THROUGH ADVOCACY, CONSULTANCY, CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY, AND CREATIVE AND CULTURAL PRACTICE.
