A future where aspiring physicians are supported by coordinated, longitudinal systems that transform potential into readiness and strengthen the pathway to medical school.

Goals

1. 1.By 2028, place our iconic cultural imagery and photos across 10,000 classrooms, learning spaces, and political buildings globally to visibly increase diverse representation.
2. 2.By 2028, scale annual fundraising revenue to $2.3 Million, using corporate sponsorships (45%), foundation grants (45%), and grassroots donations (10%) to deliver scholarships, application, testing, and mentorship support to 1,000 premed and medical students nationwide each year, scaling up from an initial cohort of 300 students in 2027.
3. 3.By December 31, 2028, invest in internal capacity by developing, testing, and launching a standardized Performance Interface Model framework across 15 partner undergraduate institutions to support alignment with current medical school admissions competencies.
