LiftUp Communities’ mission is to accelerate the stability and mobility of low-wage workers and their families and support networks. LiftUp Communities' purpose is to provide a dedicated, forward-thinking social service coordination layer that bridges the gap between employers and the existing safety net. LiftUp Communities' core functions include: > Providing Wraparound Services: Sourcing, vetting, and coordinating access to critical community resources in combination with individualized case management (client success management)—such as food and housing security, health and childcare resources, transportation supports, immigration legal aid, and financial coaching—that no single employer can provide alone. > Restoring Cognitive Bandwidth: Systematically removing acute, external stressors to eliminate the "scarcity mindset" and create "slack" for financially and mentally stretched workers and their families. > Navigating Fragmented Systems: Acting as an accessible navigator through complex public bureaucracies to stabilize the worker’s broader social fabric. > Innovation Testing/Teaching Ground: Rapidly testing, refining, and iterating real-time solutions to social service gaps to generate proprietary operational insights to share across sectors.
