PROVIDING FOR EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS WITH THE GOAL OF ASSISTING THEM TO CONTINUALLY SEEK KNOWLEDGE. ADDITIONALLY, TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED A CATASTROPHIC EVENT OR AN EMERGENCY HARDSHIP AND AS A RESULT NEED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
