Goals

1. 1.Strengthen our organizational capacity by expanding fundraising efforts, improving volunteer management systems, and investing in technical tools. This will ensure long-term sustainability and allow us to enhance our impact in the community through more efficient project execution.
2. 2.Prioritize programs directly aligned with our mission, such as community cleanups, tree planting, and educational initiatives. We will scale back or phase out programs that do not contribute significantly to beautification and environmental health to maximize our resources and impact.
3. 3.Expand our existing programs by increasing the number of cleanups, tree planting events, and educational workshops. We will also improve access by reaching more underserved areas of the community, engaging more volunteers, and enhancing partnerships to scale our impact across Soddy-Daisy.
