At YAM, our mission is to inspire pride and a deep connection to Jewish roots, heritage, and identity; empower teens to grow into confident, compassionate leaders; and build a vibrant community where every teen feels seen, valued, and supported. We bring Jewish life to life by making it engaging, real, and relevant in today’s world, and we encourage action because belief finds its true meaning only when it creates impact.

Goals

1. 1.Fundraising Goal: Raise $250,000 by January 1, 2026 to expand YAM’s programs, mentorship opportunities, and outreach efforts. This funding will directly support our mission to inspire, empower, and connect Jewish teens, enabling more impactful events, resources, and long-term growth in teen engagement.
2. 2.Engagement Goal: Increase teen participation by 50% through innovative, relevant, and inspiring programs, interactive workshops, and impactful social action initiatives. This growth will foster stronger community connections, empower youth to embrace their identity, and create lasting bonds among participants.
3. 3.Mentorship Goal: Expand one-on-one mentorship to serve more teens this year, ensuring personalized guidance, skill development, and emotional support. By doubling mentorship capacity, YAM will strengthen individual growth, foster leadership, and equip teens with tools to thrive in life and community
