Goals

1. 1.Deliver effective and sustainable offerings that meaningfully improve public trust in government's ability to deliver: State and local governments are navigating complex policy, fiscal, and delivery challenges. Our approach for how we support them includes our proven volunteer delivery approach, which enables surge and scale, and we need to explore what new delivery models can maximize our impact.
2. 2.Identify strategic opportunities to increase adoption of modern digital practices: Deepen how we measure the outcomes of our delivery, specifically related to the change in governments’ digital capacity that results from partnership with USDR. This provides greater focus for USDR as an org and ensures we are optimizing the impact of our assets and effectively telling the story of our impact.
3. 3.Strengthen our organizational capacity to deliver: To effectively serve governments, we are strengthening our own capacity to deliver and operate. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to investing in our delivery engine, streamlining operations, building our development capacity, and updating org design to enable strategy execution.
