Emerge and Rise Inc.

Mission

We help founders and small businesses build stronger operations through education, mentorship, and practical resources. Our work includes financial and digital literacy, mental health support, and building generational wealth. We use social innovation to address real problems in the communities we serve, and we focus on growth that is sustainable and inclusive.

Vision

A local economy where small businesses can grow on their own terms, where barriers to funding and support are lower, and where business success creates lasting benefit for the people and neighborhoods around it.

Goals

1.Expand small business technical assistance to serve 600 SMEs by 2028, up from 68 served since founding in 2021. This includes scaling 1:1 consulting, workshops, and rapid-response support through Small Business 911 to reach more underserved entrepreneurs across San Antonio.
2.Build a formal data management and tracking system to consistently measure client outcomes, including job creation and revenue growth. This infrastructure will support evidence-based program decisions and future reporting requirements as the organization scales.
3.Support the creation of 200 to 300 jobs and generate $6 to $10 million in economic activity through entrepreneur development by 2028, with focus on minority-owned, women-owned, and international businesses entering the San Antonio and Texas markets.
